Terms and Conditions

  1. Reservations can only be regarded as firm upon receipt of the completed Booking Form and a non-refundable deposit of £100.00. Should the holiday commence in less than 6 weeks, the full payment will be due with the booking form.
  2. Following receipt of the booking form and deposit, the Owner will send written confirmation as formal acceptance of the booking.
  3. A security deposit cheque of £100.00 is also required in case of damage to the property and/or its contents. The security deposit cheque will be held by the Owner and returned within 14 days after the holiday. Should damage and/or breakage costs be more than £100 pounds, the client is responsible for making the extra reimbursement to the Owner. The security deposit cheque is to be paid at the same time as the balance.
  4. A penalty of 50% of the total holiday cost is requested if a cancellation is not notified in writing at least six weeks before the holiday start date.
  5. The Client is strongly advised to take out a fully comprehensive travel insurance policy, including cover for personal liability, personal effects, cancellation costs, medical and emergency expenses and personal accident. The Owner shall not be bound for a liability arising from the actions of the Client and/or party members.
  6. Occupancy begins from 4pm on the arrival date and ends at 10am or earlier on the departure date unless alternative arrangements have been made between the Owner and the Client.
  7. The number of people may not exceed that given on the booking form. The maximum is 4 persons.
  8. The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant, to take good care of the property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. Although a final clean is included in the rental, the Owner reserves the right to deduct money from the security deposit to cover the cost of any excessive cleaning and washing.
  9. The client agrees to observe the community rules. These are inside the information folder in the apartment.
  10. The Client shall report to the Owner any defects to the property or any breakages to the equipment in the property, without delay so that repairs or replacements can be arranged.
  11. Friends of the Owner shall be allowed access to the apartment at any reasonable time during the holiday occupancy for the purpose of inspection and/or repairs. The Owner and/or friends of the Owner reserve the right to terminate a rental immediately, without compensation where a Client causes nuisance of whatever nature to neighbours or to the property.
  12. The washing of only 1 set of bed linen per bed is included in the holiday price. If the Client wishes to use more sheets during the holiday stay then they are responsible for the washing of them. The Owner reserves the right to deduct money from the security deposit if there is an excessive amount of washing to do at the end of the rental period. If apartment towels are used, they must be washed by the client. Apartment towels are not to be used at the pool or on the beach. Please strip beds when you leave.
  13. NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE APARTMENT. If you or anyone in your party smokes, please make sure any smoking is outside.
